Customer Service Excellence
This award will be given for the provision of outstanding customer service and covers (i) customer care, (ii) travel information and (iii) ticketing. Entries can focus on one of these area or more than one area . Entries should be based on company approach/product rather frontline individuals. Entries should set the benchmark for others or show that standards, usability or availability have been vastly improved from a problematic level. All submissions should demonstrate how the approach has encouraged rail use or boosted customer satisfaction levels.
